🥣 Recipe of the Week

Gut-Loving Miso Bowl with Fermented Veggies
A comforting, savory bowl rich in natural probiotics and prebiotic fiber.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
• 1 tbsp organic miso paste (dissolved in ¼ cup warm water)
• 1 cup lightly steamed bok choy or broccoli
• ½ cup shredded carrots
• ¼ cup raw sauerkraut or kimchi
• ½ avocado, sliced
• 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• Optional: drizzle of sesame oil or coconut aminos

Instructions:

  1. Place grains in a bowl.
  2. Arrange veggies, sauerkraut/kimchi, and avocado on top.
  3. Pour over miso broth and finish with pumpkin seeds and optional drizzle.
  4. Eat slowly and reflectively—this bowl is nourishment for body and spirit.

Holistic Note: This meal supports physical (digestion, detox), emotional (grounding), and spiritual wellness (mindful eating and honoring the gut as a source of wisdom).
