🥣 Recipe of the Week

Adaptogen Smoothie Bowl
This vibrant bowl blends calming, energizing, and immune-boosting adaptogens for a nourishing start to your day.

Ingredients:
• 1 frozen banana
• ½ cup frozen berries
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
• ½ tsp ashwagandha powder
• ½ tsp maca powder
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
• Optional: sprinkle of cinnamon, splash of vanilla

Toppings:
• Sliced kiwi or berries
• Chia seeds
• Granola or hemp hearts
• Drizzle of tahini or almond butter

Instructions:

  1. Blend smoothie ingredients until creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and arrange toppings.
  3. Enjoy slowly, mindfully, and with intention.
