🥄 Recipe of the Week:

Reishi-Cacao Adaptogenic Latte
Calm your nervous system and indulge your senses with this soothing, immune-supportive elixir.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk

• 1 tsp reishi mushroom powder

• 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

• 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

• ¼ tsp cinnamon

• Optional: pinch of sea salt, drop of vanilla extract

Warm the milk, whisk in all ingredients, and blend until frothy. Sip slowly and intentionally.
