🥄 Recipe of the Week:

Warm Apple-Oat Chia Breakfast Bowl (Prebiotic-Packed + Anti-Inflammatory)
Calm your nervous system and indulge your senses with this soothing, immune-supportive elixir.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
• ½ apple, diced (skin on for extra fiber)
• 1 tsp ground flaxseed
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
• Pinch of sea salt

Bring oats and water to a simmer. Add apples, spices, and seeds. Cook for 5–7 minutes. Top with a swirl of honey and a sprinkle of dandelion greens or chopped walnuts if desired.
